Is there a setup fee?
No. There are no setup fees on any of our plans.
Can I cancel my account at any time?
Yes. If you ever decide that VidioCall isn’t the best platform for your business, just stop recharging your account.
How long are your contracts?
All VidioCall plans are pay-as-you-go. So ideally there are no contracts as such.
Can I use my own domain name?
Yes. You can use your domain name within VidioCall. This feature though is available only for enterprise customers.
What happens when I exceed beyond the free tier limits.
You should upgrade to Growth plan to continue to use VidioCall beyond Free tier limit.
Do you offer any discounted plans?
Yes, we offer a 10% additional credits when a certain amount of recharge is done upfront. Please mail us to know more.
Do I need to enter my payment details to sign up?
No. You can sign up and use VidioCall without entering your payment details. Until you are under the free tier benefits, you will not be charged.
Can I change my plan later on?
Absolutely! You can do this by recharging your account as per your need.
