Before you start
- You must have Admin permission in your VidioCall account. Only Admins can add a user and access integrations configuration.
- Be present with the phone numbers you want to add.
Follow the steps below to enable Gmail notification in VidioCall.
Add phone number of your team member.
Assign roles to each team member as “Sales Agent” for them to be notified on email.
Enable sms notification in the integrations tab.
You are now ready to receive sms messages when a customer vidiocalls you.
