Before you start
You must be an administrator for your ZOHO account. If you’re not, you will need to contact your ZOHO administrator to give you access.
You must have Admin permission in your VidioCall account. Only Admins can enable ZOHO integration.
Follow the steps below to enable ZOHO notification in VidioCall.
Go to your integrations tab in VidioCall dashboard. And click on “Integrate with Zoho” button.
Give permission to VidioCall to send leads to your Zoho CRM by entering your admin credentials. Press “Accept” to approve.
You are now ready to receive Zoho notifications when a customer vidiocalls you.
